Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine

About Me
I trained for three years at the Northern College of Acupuncture, earning a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture), building a strong foundation in classical acupuncture and modern practice. Driven by a passion for deepening my expertise, I pursued an MSc, where I conducted and analysed a clinical trial on osteoarthritis, bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicine.
To further expand my knowledge, I completed an intensive two-year postgraduate training course in Chinese Herbal Medicine and became a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM). This enables me to safely prescribe tailored herbal formulas, working alongside acupuncture to enhance healing and restore balance.
With this combined expertise, I offer a truly integrative approach, drawing from both ancient traditions and modern medical understanding to support your health naturally.
Restoring Balance & Enhancing Wellbeing
Acupuncture
Acupuncture stimulates specific points to restore the free flow of Qi and achieve balance throughout the body. It activates the nervous system to release tissue mediators, reducing pain and inflammation while promoting overall homeostasis and well-being.
Herbal Medicine
Chinese Herbal Medicine uses personalised herbal combinations to address both symptoms and underlying imbalances. The herbs are carefully matched to your specific condition and work synergistically to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Targeted Therapies for Body & Mind
Fertility Acupuncture
Fertility Acupuncture enhances blood flow to reproductive organs, balances hormones, and supports a healthy cycle. It improves egg and sperm quality, reduces stress, and addresses issues like PCOS and endometriosis, boosting fertility for natural conception and IVF.
Facial Rejuvenation & Gua Sha
A natural beauty treatment that enhances circulation, reduces tension, and revitalises the skin. Using gentle facial acupuncture, massage, and Gua Sha techniques, it promotes a healthy, radiant complexion.
Restorative Touch Therapies
Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that stimulates specific points on the feet to support hormonal balance, circulation, and nervous system function. Pressure points correspond to different organs in the body and a treatment can promote relaxation, stress reduction and the bodies natural healing processes.
Massage
Massage relieves tension, improves circulation, and supports pelvic health. It can help with chronic pain, stress, and pregnancy-related discomfort, working alongside acupuncture and reflexology for enhanced reproductive well-being.
