Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund and the full cost of the appointment will be taken. Failure to attend a booked appointment will also incur a full charge. Late arrivals to an appointment will still be charged the full fee, regardless of the amount of remaining time available.
